Settlement between Mirza Mahmud, the son of Aqa Muhammad Sadiq, and Aqa Muhammad Riza, the son of Mirza Muhammad, regarding a garden of trees for fifty tumans. A note on the margin reads: "the wife of Aqa Muhammad Riza (daughter of Habib Allah) and the wife of Aqa Mirza Mahmud (daughter of Aqa Muhammad Husayn) confirmed this and signed it." Another note on the margin reads: "when Aqa Muhammad Riza was alive, he stated that this garden belongs to his wife as part of her mahr, dated November 7, 1895." A note on the verso reads: "the settlement of Aqa Mirza Mahmud's land"

The marriage contract of Khatun Jajanam [Khatun Jan Khanum [?]], the daughter of Haj Muhammad Sadiq, and Muhammad Husayn, the son of Haj Muhammad Baqir on 29 September 1874. The mahr includes 12 tumans, a qalamkar bed covering (made in Isfahan), carpet, a walnut tree, a garden, and one twelfth of a house (including sanctuary, storage room, a room, and stable).

The document reads, in part: ""Dividing the ownership of a building in the Labrud neighborhood, close to the Zaraghush river, among the heirs of Haj Sadiq (son of Aqa Muhsin), namely Aqa Mirza Husayn, Aqa Mirza Muhammad, and Sakinah Khanum (the daughter of Aqa Jaʻfar) as follows: the lady inherits two sixths of the building, which includes [?], the storage room and the Harzah-push above it, half of the common space of a house, the stable, the hay storage space, the garden, the small pool, and the bathroom. Aqa Muhammad Akbar's settlements, 1863
Aqa Muhammad Akbar, the son of Aqa ʻAli, settled part of a property, known as Jahangir Khan's building, with Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum for 100 dinars. Muhammad Baqir (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's son), Sakinah Khanum (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's wife, and Aqa Jaʻfar's daughter), and Mirza Ahmad (son of Aqa Muhammad Akbar) confirmed this settlement. Aqa Muhammad Akbar also settled part of the same building with Aqa Muhammad Sadiq for 12 tumans, and Mirza Ahmad confirmed and signed this. Marriage contract of Sughra Khanum with Aqa Fazl Allah, 1887
The marriage contract of Sughra Khanum, the daughter of Suhrab Khan, and Aqa Fazl Allah, the son of Aqa Mirza Habib Allah Shams al-Shariʻah on 21 May 1887. The mahr includes a Qurʼan, 25 tumans, 10 acres of a river, 5 acres of a land in Gulpaygan, 4 acres in a sahara, 2 acres of a garden, and one sixth of a house. In 1921, Fazl Allah settled all of his properties with Hajiyah Bibi Khanum. When Bibi Khanum abrogated this transaction due to her Hajj pilgrimage, Fazl Allah settles for four and a half-sixth of his building with Bibi Hajiyah.

A marriage contract between Maryam Khanum (Junjun Khanum), the daughter of Haj Muhammad Shafiʻ, and Muhammad Ismaʻil, the son of Haj Muhammad Baqir on 8 May 1865. The mahr is 70 tumans (equal to 40 misqal gold), carpets and rugs for a room, part of a mansion, a garden, a qalamkar bed covering of 7 tuman. On the verso, there are two notes. The first one dates a settlement between the wife and husband on 8 May 1877 and states that since the husband has sold three of the properties in the mahr, he transfers the ownership of three other properties to his wife. The mahr includes 30 tumans cash, a room's carpets, including a rug and a pair of felt rugs, a qalamkar bed covering, parts of some gardens and one sixth of a dyer's shop. These properties were part of the bridegroom's mother's mahr but went on to be included in the bride's mahr. The mahr is a Qurʼan worth two tumans, a qalamkar bed covering made in Isfahan worth 5 tumans, a carpet, a kilim worth 10 tumans, and three sixths of the properties inherited by the bridegroom. A note on the verso reads: "the record of Nanah Gawhar (the mother of our mother, Sakinah Khatun)'s mahr."

It also includes some properties belonging to the bridegroom's mother, father, and paternal aunt, which were settled with the bridegroom and were then included in mahr.
